Customer Reviews

Great day out, enjoyed the collection as well as the atmosphere. - Drikus

An amazing place, great display of cars and a lovely calm, relaxed atmosphere. - Andrew

During the past few years we have visited the museum on various occasions during our stay in Cape Town. The variety and condition of the vehicles has always been of a high standard. You never know what vehicles will be on display as these are rotated on an adhoc basis. Our latest visit was enjoyable as always and I would certainly recommend this museum to motor vehicle enthusiasts. - Lars

Efficient making of bookings + Friendly service at reception + Tour quide friendly and with good knowledge of subject. + Interesting display of cars. - Francois

"So, what are we going to do? Just watch cars?" was my 12-year old cousin asked and when we got to the Franschhoek Motor Museum she was one of the most intrigued members of our party. She eagerly read the information plagues and look at the cars. The Museum is an experience like no other. It is has a peacful exterior with a fasinating history hidden behind the walls. We love learning about every car, motherbike and even the petrol history. Learning about South Africa's innovation and contribution to cars was inspiring. It is an experience I would gladly repeat because we only saw 80 of the almost 400 cars they had. - Cliffordene
